Jennifer had a home listed on the Bogue Falaya River, which she showed my wife and me. She has a magnetic personality and is extremely knowledgeable about waterfront properties in West St. Tammany. My wife and I made an offer on the property, which was accepted. Then came corona! Having to sell our existing home and the uncertainty of the real estate market, we forfeited our deposit and rescinded our offer.
