Jennifer Rice

Jennifer Rice is an avid horse lover and a French Quarter girl turned country who loves the real estate business and her 200-acre, 18-stall horse farm. Jennifer began her real estate career in the early 1990s after working in hotel management and with various charities.
 
As the daughter of a military man, Jennifer grew up all over the country. One fateful day, she visited the French Quarter, fell in love with the neighborhood, and decided to stay. Years later, Jennifer relocated to Folsom with her husband, which led her on a path to develop her knowledge and passion for real estate. She and her husband searched for the perfect horse farm with enough acreage for a polo field for three long years until she finally discovered the right property.
 
Following her newfound passion, she began helping friends and family find their dream homes and ultimately earned her real estate license, and thus Jennifer Rice Luxury Real Estate was born. Jennifer’s years working in hotel management and for charities led to her honing interpersonal skills and understanding people’s needs and desires, which she applies to her real estate practices.

Jennifer had a home listed on the Bogue Falaya River, which she showed my wife and me. She has a magnetic personality and is extremely knowledgeable about waterfront properties in West St. Tammany.
